Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components, including hardware and manuals, back into the original factory packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location for transit to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item for any damages, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
